Rules and Terms of Service

Please read the following before placing an order.

Artist Rights

As the artist, I
・Will ask you for permission to stream commissions on my Twitch channel. ※Please let me know if you want to keep your commission a secret.
・Am allowed to post my work in any form (art posts, showcase videos, etc.). In the case of WIPs, I will ask you for permission first.
・Maintain the right to post completed commissions to my social media / portfolio, with credits to the client and / or artists involved. For rigs, if I make a showcase video, it will be posted after the streamer's debut / reveal.
・Have the right to turn down any commission, including rigs which involve fanart.
・Will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings if the Terms of Service are not read thoroughly.
Please ask beforehand if you have any doubts.

Commissioner Rights

As the commissioner, you...
・Maintain the commercial rights to stream/make monetized content using the model to your preferred media platform.
・Should always credit your artist and rigger. Please credit Ajiseri as the Mama (Illustrator) or Papa/Mama (Rigger) according to the commission.
・If you commissioned another artist for the Live2D art, please credit them too.
・May request small revisions like a change in color or intensity of physics in the rig.
Large revisions and redraws require additional fees.
・Are not allowed to redistribute the model files / art files without my permission.
・Are not allowed to use any of my commissions in NFTs & AI datasets or my rigs in promoting NFTs.

Payment

・Payment is made 2 times: 50% before starting the commission, and 50% before the delivery of the final fully rigged model.
・Once payment is collected, no refunds will be accepted unless I have not started the work. I will send you a final confirmation before starting.
・Payment is via paypal link or invoice
・If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything made for you will be revoked (including any update videos / sketches). In addition, you will be blacklisted and banned from my commissions.
・If there are any errors I made, corrections are available for free even after final payment. Other corrections such as redraws will require payment.

Commission Process

1. Place an Order

・Contact me via Twitter / my Contact form and let’s discuss the deadlines and expectations.
・For rigs, please show me the .psd file with parts properly named and separated into respective layers.
・Live2D Art canvas size will normally be around 4000px x 8000px (width x height) for human models. Texture size will be 4096 x 4096.
・If you are not sure whether the Live2D PSD file is suitable, please refer to Faf's detailed guide on how parts are separated.
・If the Live2D PSD file has any corrections to be made, please discuss with your artist.
※Otherwise, additional charges will be required for me to adjust the PSD to make it suitable for rigging (prices will vary depending on the complexity). This includes bulk renaming of layers.

2. First Payment (Half of the Final Agreed Amount)

・If there are no disagreements, I will send an invoice for half the final payment before starting on the commission. (Proceed to 3.)
・If we do not come to an agreement, no payment will be incurred and I will delete all files received. (Process ends here)

3. Work in Progress

・If you are ok with me streaming, rigging will be done on stream at Twitch, feel free to drop by to watch / comment for adjustments. If not, I will keep your model a secret.
・Updates will be sent after certain milestones (Eye movement, Head movement, etc.) and you may request for adjustments at this stage.
※Large revisions after the final file delivery will require additional fees.

4. Work Complete + Final Payment (Half of the Final Agreed Amount):

・I will send an invoice for half the total payment before delivery of the final files. If payment is not made, the files will not be delivered.
・Once payment is made, I will send you the final runtime files (moc3, Expression files, Animation Files). ※Rig-editable cmo3 files will not be sent.
・We can run through how to use the model in VTube Studio and set up key bindings for expressions on Discord.
